Managing Bi-Polar Disorder

Nicole Cowie, Founder of the Facebook page 'Activist Chronicles', recently shared her experiences managing bi-polar disorder.  Her story was shared in conjunction with the Footsoliders segment of the Lioness Project series which is a project supported by the Cause and Effect Organization, the Massy Foundation and A Very Special Disabilities Forum.  Nicole's story  highlights culture, stigma and the importance of community.
