In the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, countless numbers of graduates will miss the opportunity to celebrate the cornerstone of their academic persistence; graduation day.  While the scientific reasons for cancelling traditional commencement ceremonies are undeniably necessary to offset the spread of COVID-19, it presents a need to be innovative in our efforts to celebrate the Class of 2020 for their academic accomplishments.

No More Martyrs is responding by hosting a Virtual Graduation Celebration on May 30, 2020 for Black women and girls who will not have a graduation ceremony due to COVID-19.  The goal of this free event is to foster wellness by empowering and celebrating Black women for reaching their academic goals. Graduates will receive a free gift from No More Martyrs. Stay tuned for announcements about special guests.
